Quartz Kitchen Installation Process

Intro

From sketching layout designs all the way through to sitting with a hot cup of tea in your brand-new kitchen, our kitchen countertop installation process is tailored to your individual needs. Our friendly team will guide you through the process step by step with seamless communication and years of experience.

Today, we’ll be discussing the installation process for our kitchen countertops, referring specifically to quartz worktops fitting. However, the process is very much similar for all of the stone materials that we specialise in, including Dekton, marble, granite and more.

Benefits of choosing quartz

Quartz has established itself as one of the most popular kitchen countertop materials, and for good reason too. One major reason for quartz’s popularity is that, due to it being a manufactured material, it is highly customisable, both in hue as well as pattern. This makes designing your dream kitchen even easier, as you can specify your colour palette exactly.

A second reason for quartz’s success is that it is non-porous, meaning that it is incredibly easy to clean and will not easily stain. For those with a highly active household, this can be very useful and minimise the effort required to clean.

Lastly, quartz is incredibly tough and durable, being extremely resistant to cracks and chips. This grants you extra peace of mind knowing that your countertops are safe from any accidents.

Templating & fabrication

Prior to fabrication, a skilled technician will arrive on the property to take measurements. These are taken with pinpoint accuracy to ensure the perfect fit for your new countertops. Our skilled technician will also record measurements and details pertaining to special features, such as splashbacks or cutouts.

With the templating complete and the materials sourced, the fabricators will then cut your chosen material to the specifications required. When selecting a fabricator for the job, we choose an expert who is also close to you. This will help to cut down on the total time the service takes and provide you with the best possible quote.

All of our projects are also protected by a minimum 5-year manufacturer’s warranty, as well as an 18-month workmanship warranty, helping provide a little extra peace of mind (subject to T’s & C’s)

You’ll soon be enjoying that much-deserved cup of tea you’ve been dreaming about, as well as all of the incredible benefits that your new countertop brings.

How much are quartz worktops?

The final price for your quartz worktop installation does depend on a few factors, including the size of the slab, material, as well as the size of your kitchen. Larger kitchens will generally have an increased price point, however other features, such as thickness required, edging profiles and chosen finish, can all affect your cost.

Our agents scour the internet to find you a quote for the best possible price. This helps to save you the headache of endless internet searches. What’s more, we also beat all official written quotes. In the unlikely event that you find a cheaper official quote for the installation, we will beat this by 5% (terms & conditions apply).
